This is a smooth and fruity wine, typical of this ancient native Apulian grape, perfectly matched with Italian traditional food, as well as sour Asiatic cuisine or almond-based patisserie.

- Winemaking: late harvested, then the grapes are crushed and macerated with skins for 6-8 days at controlled temperature
- Aging: in stainless steel tanks for one year and half. Then the wine is aged in bottle for one year more

TASTING NOTES
Colour: garnet red
Aromas: intense and persistant notes of fruits, with notes of jams with the aging
Taste: dry, warm and smooth, with elegant tannins
Food pairing: stuffed bell pepper, breaded veal, steak or almond cantucci
Aging potential: Keep for 10/12 years
